The first is one of the two quotations heading chapter 18 (the first being the Shakespeare original, the latter being from Helen Gorn's 2019 Notebook). The second comes from page 171 (spoken by Katya) and was inserted in Alice in Wonderland because my edition of the book claims part of [Lewis Carroll's] You are old, Father William appears on the previous page (I couldn't find any suitable quotations on that page).
